Urban Legend Clothing - featuring Corey Action

Urban Legend clothing is the year old brain child of local Oakland designer and artist Saya Prigoff. In her Oakland studio, Saya designs and produces her own ideas. Based on the belief that everyone has their own individual style, Urban Legend seeks to design clothes that will be that one special item you can't live without, and you won't have to worry about someone else having. Urban Legend: supporters of the good life.

All hoodies are hand-made, one of a kind, from selected fabrics featuring details like pockets fully lined with the reverse fabric.

Sustainable Collective fabrics : Organic cottons, post and pre-consumer recycled fabrics and sustainably-grown fibers like hemp and bamboo.

Sustainable Collective color : At a minimum, all our colors are classified as ‘low impact dyes' which equal less toxic run-off into drains, oceans and ground water. Key pieces are colored with non-chemical dyes, made exclusively from nearly “lost art” plant, bark and root powders. This process is true artisan work and has a hand crafted appeal. Certification maintains strict procedures and our designer is working to establish her certification as a natural dyer.

Sustainable Collective packaging : All styles are shipped in custom “bio-bags” made of 100% compostable and biodegradable corn material. All boxes are 100% recycled.

Sustainable Collective labor : this collection is made domestically adhering to fair labor practices.
Sustainable Collective contribution : convoy is a member of 1% for the planet where 1% of annual revenue will be donated to our environmental organization. Improve our view…. reduce un-natural materials and chemicals in our environment.
