Urban Legend clothing is the year old brain child of local Oakland designer and artist Saya Prigoff. In her Oakland studio, Saya designs and produces her own ideas. Based on the belief that everyone has their own individual style, Urban Legend seeks to design clothes that will be that one special item you can't live without, and you won't have to worry about someone else having.
